Problem
Google chrome is working fine, But after restarting system or unexpectedly shuts down of Google chrome, When relaunch or open the chrome i show the error "Whoa! Google Chrome has crashed, relaunch now" on Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows XP or Server 2003/2008.
After trying the lot of search on Google did not find the relevant article on chrome error on windows, Also try to Google help article "https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/142063?hl=en" but lots of users still facing the problem and did not get solution.
That why I am writing this article to help other user to fix the chrome crashing problem in easy way and quickly.
Article can help to Chrome users as well IT professional.

Why This happening
Error displays when Google Chrome unexpectedly shuts down.
When your computer was unexpectedly shutdown or restart when you browsing chrome.
May be some chrome profile error.
Have recently install software which conflicting.
Troubleshooting
Step 01 - Restart your chrome browser and restore web pages from your previous browsing session. If problem is still got Next Step 02
Step 02 - If you have Internet Download Manager installed, update to IDM version 6.03 Beta or disable the "Advanced browser integration" option by going to Options > General. If still problem is there go to Step 03
Step 03 - Reset chrome user profile by following the below folder root
- In Windows XP -%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\
- In Windows Vista/ Windows 7/Windows 8 - %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\
- In this folder you will found Folder "User Data" Rename to user data_old as a backup, After successfully you can delete user data_old
Open chrome once again, It will automatic create the new user data. And your problem will be resolved, If problem is still go to Step 04
[Note :- For bookmark you can re-sync with your Google account or replace bookmark.bak file from folder “\Chrome\User Data_old\Default\ to \Chrome\User Data\Default\ ]
Step 04 - Check windows system file by scan, It may corrupt.
- Go to Start menu > Run.
- Enter the following: SFC.EXE /SCANNOW
[Note - This command is Microsoft utility command that will scan and repair problems with protected system files.]
If still problem is there you can use the next step - 05
Step 05 - May this happen due to conflicting recently installed or any other software, For how to identified and remove then, Follow this below
If you have install any software or driver recently after that problem has came, Then first remove them and try to open chrome.
If you don't known or not install recently, Then Restart your computer and open via safe mode by press F8 bottom
If in safe mode chrome is working (Not open website, Due to in safe mode network will disabled), It means some services or startup application prevent them.
Go to Run and Type msconfig
Go to Service tab, Tick on hide all Microsoft Service, Then click on Disable all
Now restart computer in normal mode, If now chrome is working, Then reopen msconfig | Services
Click Enable all and Find the unwanted service name (Such as you do not have install any software like - abchack and still show in service), then uncheck from these service
Restart your computer, And now your chrome will working fine
